Charles Austin has a Business Management degree from Texas State University. He was a professional athlete for 15 years and had a tight relationship with his agency throughout that time. His book, Head Games: Life's Greatest Challenge, focuses on the mental components of defining and attaining desired objectives after he won the Olympic High Jump Gold Medal. The So High Sports and Fitness training business was founded in 2001. In 2002, he created an 800-square-foot So High Sports & Fitness Studio, and a 12,000-square-foot So High Sports & Fitness Performance Center opened in 2008. During the 2014 IDEA World Fitness Convention in August, Charles introduced his Total Body Board with great success. There has never been a piece of workout equipment as adaptable as the Total Body Board. Charles is also a motivating public speaker.
